How do you maximize space in a 475 sq. ft. beach side condominium? Consexto in Portugal has found a cornucopia of ingenious, high-tech design solutions with a tiny apartment that is just teaming with remote controlled, convertible spaces. 

Our favorite design feature is the movable wall (complete with wide screen TV and home entertainment system) that, at the press of a button, moves out to expand your bedroom at night, or moves in to increase the size of your living room during the day! But we were also wowed by the beautifully designed automated hidden kitchen storage, the fold-out dinning room table, the TV lift in the bedroom, and the centralized touch screen remote controls that make it all work.
