1-Man, Liftgate Truck - $299 (Wall Bed Only)

Delivery made by one man at the end of the residential driveway (or in front of the building) with the assistance of a liftgate vehicle. Driver is not responsible for bringing items into the house, building, garage, etc. (Side Cabinet add $50.00 each).

Threshold Shipping   NOW $60 !!!!!

2-Man, Inside Delivery - First Dry Location - $359 (Wall Bed Only)

Two Man Delivery Team will unload your items and carry them inside, placing them in the first dry interior area available, usually in the garage or front entry. The Delivery Team does not unpack, assemble, or remove debris. 2-Man, Inside Delivery-Unpack, Inspect, Box Removal $419 (Wall Bed Only)

                

Two Man Delivery Team will unload your items and place them in the room of your choice. This includes unpacking your items, inspecting the items, carrying the items up or down a maximum of two flights of stairs, and removal and disposal of the packing material/debris. Note that installation is not included with our White Glove Service. (Side Cabinet add $85.00 each).

For delivery of our Traditional Murphy Beds, we've partnered with CEVA Logistics, one of the most professional shipping and delivery companies in the world.  Unlike most other delivery companies, CEVA takes responsibility of you Murphy Bed as soon as it's loaded onto the truck at the factory.  They are responsible for getting the unit to the hub nearest your residence, and then for actual delivery to your home.

Once your Murphy Bed is fabricated, you receive an email notification  This notification, emailed to the address you provide when you place your order, will inlude tracking information, along with other valuable information to let you know what to expect.  24-48 hours before delivery, a representative from CEVA Logistics will call to schedule a 4-hour delivery window for your wall bed.  All deliveries require a set appointment/time.

When you visit the CEVA Logistics website, you will notice an "Estimated Arrival Date" on the tracking page.  This is an estimate only, and you should not rely on this information for scheduling purposes.

For Threshold and White Glove service, you simply need to meet the delivery team to show them the location in your home to place the packages.  Once you have received your Murphy Bed, and you have verified that it is in proper condition, you're ready to install you unit (it usually takes less than 2 hours!).  For Curbside service, you will need to arrange to bring the boxes into your residence on your own.

 

MAKE SURE THE BOX WILL FIT BEFORE ORDERING

Our Murphy Beds are shipped partially assembled to make the installation process fast and easy, so it's important for you to be sure it can be delivered as packaged through all entryways, hallways, elevator doors and interiors - and especially up any stairs that you may have in your home.  If items do not fit upon delivery, cancellation and return fees will apply.  Some situations may constitute extraordinary delivery requirements (if available) and necessitate additional delivery fees.  These include additional stairs over two flights, the use of non-standard delivery equipment (if available), or short term storage.  Please use the specific bed dimensions in the table provided below to determine whether the boxes can go straight through and into the space or they must be brought in on end or at an angle.  Make sure that there is a clear and unobstructed path in front of and beyond each doorway, and that you've considered any fixtures, low ceilings, decorative moldings, banisters/handrails, etc. that may make it difficult to deliver your order.  If the piece must be taken out of the box in order to fit up/down stairs, it will be the responsibility of the customer to unpack the pieces and carry them the remaining distance.

Tracking Your Wall Bed

Once your Murphy Bed leaves the factory, a tracking number will be emailed to the address you provided when placing the order.  You will be able to track your wall bed on the CEVA Logistics website until it reaches the hub nearest your residence.

24-48 hours before delivery, a CEVA Logistics representative will call you to set up a delivery time.

 

Damage During Transport

One of the main reasons we use CEVA Logistics to ship and deliver our Traditional Murphy Beds is their professional handling of our product.

In the case of damage during transport, please either make note of the damage on the delivery receipt, or refuse the package.  Any damaged piece will be replaced as quicly as possible.  Please note: claims are filed and processed faster if you make note of the damage on the delivery receipt.
