Zoom-Room was founded in 2005 by our CEO, Peter Medvin. Over the last 17 years we have remained committed to bringing innovative products to our clients through great design and smarter space saving solutions, with the highest level of service.

Where can I buy Zoom-Room products from?
Call (888) 211-1120 if you would like to buy a Zoom-Bed or Italian Murphy Bed. You may make your purchase directly through our corporate office, or, for the Zoom-Bed only, through one of our 50+ dealers, who are independent distributors and mostly cabinet makers who represent the product. Not all dealers have show beds on display and their hours vary. Please call for an appointment. A list of dealers can be seen here.
Do you provide a consultation service?
Yes, we provide a Free Design Consultation. You can enjoy a design process that makes sense - we ask questions about your requirements and style to produce stunning design solutions that meet your needs. In-depth design expertise and drawings are free and we offer cabinet collections to suit every taste.
How much is shipping for my new bed?
Your new bed will be shipped directly to you via Freight Forwarder. Shipping time is generally five business days depending on your location. Prices for shipping are to the curb , however we also offer White Glove Delivery and additional charges will apply. As shipping charges can change often, please check with us first for the latest costs. You can see our shipping charges here.
How is my new bed installed?
Your Authorized Zoom-Room Dealer will install your Zoom-Room. If you don’t have a Dealer nearby, we’ll send an installer to your home. If you’re handy with a drill, you can save installation costs by installing your Zoom-Room on your own, or hiring a handyman or cabinet maker yourself to do so. Each unit comes with a detailed illustrated installation manuals, and we offer full phone support through the toll free number.
Can we use our own mattress on the Zoom-Bed?
Zoom-Room electronic, remote controlled Murphy Beds use a premium foam mattress that is specifically designed for and included with the Zoom-Room mechanism, so your normal mattress won’t be suitable. The Zoom-Bed Murphy Bed's premium high density foam mattress is manufactured under the strictest level of quality control - We do offer both our standard firm mattress and an upgraded mattress with an integrated memory foam topper, for those looking for something a bit softer.
Do your products come with warranty or guarantee?
The Zoom-Room Murphy Bed mechanism and mattress have a 5-year limited warranty. If any part breaks due to normal wear and tear or factory defect, we'll replace it! See our Warranty for the exact wording and specifications. Please note that cabinetry, mattress covers, and batteries are not included in the warranty.
