Queen Zoom-Bed Muprhy Bed w/Fold Down Desk

Zoom-Room has been the exclusive distributor of the German-designed and manufactured Zoom-Bed Murphy Bed since 2005.  Unlike fold down Murphy Beds, the Zoom-Bed opens with the push of a button, floating into the room like a revsere garage door.  Housed in an elegant Cabinet fabricated in Florida, we use only premium laminates in available in a variety of finishes.  The Zoom-Bed is one of the few Murphy Beds available that do NOT have to be attached to the wall.

At Zoom-Room, we use our custom-fabricated high density foam mattress (the mattress is an integral part of the Zoom-Bed mechanism, and you must use the one provided by us).  The mattress sits on a frame of bowed Beechwood slats that add a bit of bounce and additional comfort, and are designed to last a lifetime.

The Zoom-Bed Desk is 63 3/8" wide X 87" high X 24" deep.

The extension of the Zoom-Bed from the wall is 106".

Optional Side Cabinets are 19 1/2" wide, 87" high X 24" deep.

Optinoal Center Shelves are adjustable,  9" deep and come with a divider down the middle.

• Your Zoom-Bed extends 106" from the back wall.  Be sure there are no obstructions and you have the space.

• Zoom-Beds work well on hard floor surfaces and low pile carpet (industrial carpet, Berber and low-pile residential carpet are fine) with no or low padding.

• Your ceilings should be at least 92" tall to faciliate installation.

• Be sure your Zoom-Bed cabinet will not cover or impede windows, door, air vents, etc.

• You need a standard 110v outlet behind or near the Media Cabinet so you can plug in your Zoom-Bed.

• Installation is not included in the price.  We have excellent installation instructions and most qualified installers or handymen can install the unit in one day.
